ZS-4.2 seeder for sowing seeds of grain, leguminous, small-seeded crops

Variable speed drive

The variator is a continuously variable transmission that provides quick control of seeding rates in the range of:

— for seeds from 0.8 to 480 kg/ha. — for fertilizers from 25 to 200 kg/ha.

The seeder is equipped with new type shock absorbers .

A round bar with screw tension adjustment and reinforced springs make it possible to increase the pressure of the coulter on the soil up to 75 kg.

The seeder is equipped with coulters with offset discs made of imported BOR-containing steel. The hub has a double-row bearing unit.

The SZF seeder is equipped with various sets of closing working parts:

  • Finger harrows (work at high soil moisture) Have two positions for adjustment
  • Press rollers (SZF-6 are standard)

The seeder is equipped with a transport device , which allows it to be moved along public roads without the use of additional vehicles.

Favorit grain seeders have several different configurations that can be selected to suit your wishes.

The grain seeder SZF-6 is fully equipped with:

  • transport device,
  • Variator for seed sowing,
  • Seed grinders
  • Coulter pressure 75 kg
  • Enlarged bunker up to 1.9 t.

The grain seeder SZF 5.4 has the following equipment:

  • Variable (for sowing small seed material)
  • Gearbox (traditional gearbox with sprockets)

The transport device and press rollers can be purchased separately

The remaining positions in the form of seals and reinforced springs have already been installed

The grain seeder SZF 4.0 is variable speed and has a number of options:

  • Press wheels
  • Transport device
  • Marker system

Seeder Grain SZF 3.6 is divided into front and press (on 4 wheels)

  • Standard opener springs installed (30 kg)
  • Press rollers are optionally available
  • The coulters are located in the base.

Grain seeders from the Favorit plant have been produced for more than 10 years.

The Favorit plant makes improvements and constantly modernizes its products.

In addition to the fact that these seeders already come with a reinforced frame (the frame beam has a large cross-section), powder coating (it will retain a beautiful appearance for many years), with new reinforced springs of 75 kg (cuts through the straw that remains on the field), with bearings on the shaft ( no need to constantly lubricate), the attachment of the openers goes through a stepladder to the frame beam (does not knock out fingers, the openers work smoothly), enlarged hoppers for fertilizer and seed (increase productivity by reducing grain fall asleep), new hopper attachments to the frame (side plates to the wheels they create additional rigidity) and they also redesigned the transport device (now it is permanently installed on the frame and does not require additional actions).

These seeders come with a Russian passport and are suitable for all loan programs and subsidies.

Do-it-yourself universal vegetable seeder

Dear visitors to the “ Samadekin Friend ” website, today we will look at step-by-step photos of the assembly, as well as drawings of a homemade universal vegetable seeder. The assembly process, as always, is budget-friendly and does not require any serious expenses; everything is made from scrap materials. And so here we go... Every summer gardener knows perfectly well how inconvenient it can be to sow seeds of carrots, onions, and peas in spring or autumn; often after sowing you have to spend time thinning out the seedlings, because the seeds were unevenly distributed. Manual sowing of carrot seeds is not easy and painstaking work; you have to bend over the garden bed and fuss for a long time, again your back gets numb in this position. It is possible and even necessary to solve this problem radically. We are making a universal vegetable seeder.

The design and principle of operation of a manual seeder is quite simple, the unit consists of a frame, a sowing shaft, drive wheels and a conical hopper with a closing lid (preferably transparent, so as to visually control the number of seeds in the hopper). The principle of operation is as follows.. The SHAFT, also known as the sowing apparatus, has 3 rows of holes of different diameters (for the size of seeds of various crops) rotation is carried out by the drive wheels of the seeder mounted on the shaft. The shaft holes move and are fixed, unlike the crop you are about to sow. The hopper has a conical shape, tapering at the bottom - this is necessary so that the seeds are fed by gravity into the sowing apparatus and then through the holes on the shaft into the coulter, and then into the ground. The seeding depth is 2.5 cm.

So let's look at the drawings of a homemade seeder.

The seed hopper is made of galvanized metal roofing.

Stainless steel coulter 0.8 mm thick.

Shaft with holes.

Hopper with transparent lid and latch.

Frame with bracket and coulter.

Attention! On the left side of the shaft, 8 holes are drilled (the recesses in the shaft are NOT THROUGH.) with a diameter of 4.5 mm and a depth of 3 mm, for sowing carrots, lettuce, and parsley. The middle row of holes for sowing onions has 16 recesses, a diameter of 5.5 and a depth of 4 mm. The rightmost row of holes for sowing peas and beets is 5 cells with a diameter of 8.2 and a depth of 5 mm. Thanks to a homemade seeder, you can make it easier to sow seeds in your garden.
